at create space. workshop we understand that plans can change. our workshops require advance preparation, including securing materials and reserving limited seats. to ensure the best experience for all participants, we have the following refund and cancellation policy:
1. refunds and cancellations.

7+ days before the event: If you cancel at least 7 days before the event date, you are eligible for a full refund. refund requests must be submitted by 7 days prior via email.

less than 7 days before the event: cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable, as materials and preparations will have already been arranged.

no-shows: If you do not attend the workshop without prior notice, no refund or credit will be issued.
2. ticket transfers.
if you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend at no additional cost. to do so, please email us at createspaceworkshop.craft@gmail.com with the new attendee’s name at least 24 hours before the event.
3. event cancellations by us.
in the rare case that we must cancel or reschedule a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness, extreme weather, venue issues):

you will be given the option to transfer your ticket to a future workshop or receive a full refund.

we will notify all registered attendees as soon as possible via email.
